For myself, there's only one word - "richness".
The technology associated with rifle development;
the personal challenge of honing my shooting and
hunting skills; the beauty of nature; the constant
opportunity to learn new things; the exercise; the
exhilaration, the relaxation; the stories. But the
most valuable experience has been the acquisition
of great friends. Strong and lasting friendships
have been forged around campfires in different parts
of the world with both experienced and novice hunters.
And it's all of the above that keeps me - and my
Sako colleagues - going. We are not just building
rifles, but tools to enhance a unique experience
and keep up a tradition that has a deep human significance
- of being part of nature.
