After only one season the Canada In The Rough™ production team has raised the bar for hunting adventure shows. As Canada 's only national hunting show we provide viewers with a unique perspective on our rich hunting heritage. Each week a new true-to-life episode takes you on a hunt for a variety of Canadian wildlife in unique locals. We take you from the wilds of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, to the farmlands of Southern Ontario, and from the mountains of BC to the wild, rocky shores of the Maritimes.

Yes this is a hunting show, but the focus is on the journey, on our cultural heritage, and on unique locations that will interest every outdoors adventure seeker. We take the time to taste local traditions and culture and meet some very unique and interesting people along the way. Join us as host Thomas Pigeon explores this vast exciting country using our distinct hunting adventures as the spotlight.
