We're just past our first season and already we've
had a lot of great feedback from you, our viewers. If
you have a few minutes, we'd like to hear
what you think about the show. Drop us a line and speak
your mind. Let us know what you like…or dislike…what’s
good or what’s not so good… and what you’d
like to see more of in the future.
Here are some of the
comments we've received so far from our viewers:
“Hi there, I just watched the "Dazzled
by Dalls" episode and I was very impressed with the overall
content and really enjoyed the show. Please keep
up the good work. In today's anti-hunting, anti-gun
world, it's refreshing to find a program that portrays
what a huge number of Canadians already know, that
hunting is an important, and in some cases, a vital
part of life from coast to coast. Thanks for the
show, hopefully you'll have a good run, and will
be "on" for the foreseeable future.
Ps. I've hunted dalls for 20 years here in the Yukon
and can personally attest to the authenticity of your
production. I could feel every step the guys took
to get their ram!” John T. |
“Mr. Pigeon: I have just been turned onto your show by my younger brother.
I watch every Sunday where I live, knowing that my brother is watching 3 hours
away where he lives. After we usually call and yap about the tips and animals
that we have seen on the show. Your show lets us spend time together (kind of)
even though we live apart. Both of us are new to hunting , but not to the outdoors.
Thanks for the great information and showing us some dream hunts. Please keep up the
good work!!!” Fred H. Little Britain, ON Canada | “…Wonderful
to see your professionalism being displayed across Canada
& the USA. Hunting is a part of our heritage &
it is rewarding to see you & your show being televised
for all to see!” Ralph C. |
“…Love your show! I am traveling to Australia
this November and would really like to be able wear
A Canada In The Rough shirt or hat, where can I purchase?” Oleh P. |
“I would just like to say thank you for bringing us a wonderful show on our great past times,
hunting & fishing. I have always been and always will be an outdoorsman, and now I am showing my kids the
ethics of these great past times of ours. I take them fishing as often as my health allows me to and the
same for hunting. They have been watching your show with me and have great things to say about it. We are
looking forward to watch your whitetail shows as our hunting season is just around the corner and this year,
I hope they will be harvesting their first deer on the great Manitoulin Island where we have been hunting for
the last 9 years. Hopefully I will be sending you some nice pics of this event, and now back to some great
Ontario black bear hunting... ” Pierre W. VAL CARON, ON Canada |

with this week’s episode. Take care and thank
you for your hunting show!” Keith D. “Your show and the host are simply fabulous. A great sense
of respect for the land and the animals therein transpires
throughout. WE THINK THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT as we have
been taught by our Aboriginal friends to respect nature
and its bounties...Congratulations on putting a show
of this quality on the air” name not given “... Thomas does a great job of portraying the sport of hunting with pride and respect... Keep up the great work!
