Michael E. Higgins has worn a number of hats during the last decade of professional filming, producing and editing in the TV and Film industry. From filming across Canada in the roughest conditions to filming in historic and pristine locations in Italy, Michael's experience is diverse. Now with over four seasons working on "Canada In The Rough™", Michael not only brings his skillful storytelling and sharp cinematic eye but also his passion for hunting and the outdoors to the team. Whether he's filming and producing in the field or back in the office editing the episodes, Michael is always striving for the best and is an integral part of producing such a high level production year after year.
Jim Davey
Videographer
With more than 25 years of combined broadcast and electronic
experience, Jim has worked with many production facilities
including Glen Warren Productions, TV Ontario, CHCH TV,
Illusions Media Group, Omni Media Productions and Bell Canada
Studios.Other projects Jim has led include Canadian location
producer for NHK Television of Japan, producing a live Satellite
program shot in High Definition from the brink of Niagara
Falls, Ontario and producer and writer of "Men of Gold,"
a documentary on the 1984 Canadian heavy weight gold medal
performance at the L.A. Olympics. He has also produced numerous
corporate and training videos over the years for top-ranked
businesses across North America.
Literally hundreds of hours go into the production of every 30 minute episode. |

Michael has been a chef professor at the Niagara Culinary
Institute since January 01 after a nine year stint at "On
The Twenty Restaurant" in Jordan. He has been credited with
pioneering the use of fresh local ingredients and working
with farmers to develop a distinctive, wine-friendly "Niagara Cuisine".
On The Twenty consistently ranks as a top destination in
the area and is recognized nationally as an industry leader

Glen Crawford
Videographer
Glen Crawford has a variety of skills and a wide range of
experience in the field of video and film production. Over
the past 20 years he has worked extensively on television
series, documentaries, sporting event coverage as well as
corporate and commercial projects. He is proficient working
in either film or video and has strong knowledge and
experience with a variety of video formats.
